Mike Thermos, the co-founder of NOS and owner of Nitrous Supply, has acquired the complete inventory of nitrous oxide-related components from Edelbrock.

Edelbrock offers nitrous oxide kits, accessories, controllers, bottles, jets, nozzles, and more.

“Back some twenty years ago when we sold NOS to Holley, Vic Edelbrock, Jr. saw an opportunity and expanded his company into nitrous oxide…which included hiring some of our former employees who did not want to relocate. But today, their corporate focus is on other products, so we’ve come to an agreement to take the nitrous oxide portion of Edelbrock’s business,” Thermos said in a written statement. “We will be able to fulfill kit orders from their major retailers, like Summit and Jegs, and supply ancillary items. Our technical staff at Nitrous Supply can provide any support needed by owners of Edelbrock nitrous kits, as well as replacement parts and performance upgrades.”

Nitrous Supply, based in Huntington Beach, California, is the manufacturer of nitrous oxide parts and accessories. The company also provides custom plumbing, system testing, and bottle refills.

In other Edelbrock news, it was recently announced that Industrial Opportunity Partners (IOP), the owners of Edelbrock, has acquired the COMP Performance Group. For more information on that acquisition,
